Dodge Ball
I went to FHE for the first time in I don't know how long, and it was a lot of fun. We had rootbeer floats and played dodgeball. At first dodgeball was a free for all, but then we split into teams. There are three wards that meet together for the summer, so we split the teams accordingly. Luckily, I have an awesome ward (at least when it comes to games), and we won most of the games. We played for two hours, and the other team wanted to keep playing. By that time, I was sweaty and tired, and since I played barefoot, my feet were killing me. Now two days later, my body aches. My rotator cuff hurts, and lifting my arm doesn't feel so good these days, no matter how much I stretch. I also have several other aches and pains, but it was worth it. Of course, I was reminded how badly I throw. I guess that's what happens when you don't play those types of sports very often. In two hours I managed to hit two people. Once I threw the ball right into the persons hands, which was counterproductive. Either way, it was fun, and it was nice socializing with a large group of people.
