Job Update

Since I know everybody is dying to know how that is going, I figured I'd give an update. I applied for a library job in Farmington that I was told I wasn't be considered for yesterday, same for the registrar job at SLCC. On a brighter note, I am being considered for an Assistant Enrollment Counselor position at the University of Phoenix, as well as a data entry position with USPS. Other than that, I haven't heard from any of the jobs that I've applied for. Considering how long it's taken to hear from these jobs, it will probably be around mid-July before I hear anything else.
I've been looking at several websites twice a week so I don't spend three or four hours at a time looking for a job. Right now, I'm looking for something in Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake County. I don't really want to leave the state, and considering the state of the economy and the cost of living elsewhere, I haven't bothered looking, except for a few positions I found. If I haven't heard anything concrete by the beginning of July, I'll broaden my search to include a few more counties, which doesn't excite me in the least.
More and more I wonder if I should go to graduate school, but studying for the GRE and spending another $30,000 on school kind of freaks me out. Maybe I'll find someone who's willing to pay for school to make it easier. We'll see.
Other than that, I'm just plugging along at my current job. My contract for where I live is up on August 8, so hopefully I'll find a job by then. My boss told me I could stay till school starts up again, which isn't much after that anyway. So wish me luck, and let me know if you find anything you think I would be good at.
