Oh, what a week

It's been a busy week, and by week I mean the last seven days. Friday I left work early to go on a blind date that didn't turn out so well. But I did find a mexican place on 123rd South that serves the Mexican version of a canoli, and it was divine! I have also finally seen the Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy, which isn't too bad.
Saturday was especially busy. I had breakfast with a friend in West Jordan, lunch with a friend in Ogden, and went to a movie/late dinner with a friend in Logan. I don't normally have busy days like that, and by the time I got home around 1am, I was very exhausted. The movie was great, but the hormonal women in the theater, not so great.
This week has been kind of crazy, in a not so crazy way. We have Friday off, which is kind of nice, but at the same time I'm trying to earn as much money as I possibly can. So, for the last two days, I worked through lunch. I'm surprised that I haven't gone crazy yet, but it's actually not too bad. But I've also been going to bed around midnight for one reason or another, so today my body finally said no! I was an hour late to work, but since I'm still not planning on taking a lunch, I'm okay.
Monday I went to an FHE bbq, which was a lot of fun. I played volleyball for the first time in over three years, and it was a blast. We played until we couldn't see anymore, and then we joined the group of people watching Little Rascals. Tuesday I tried a frozen yogurt place in Logan, there are now two of them, and it was okay. The frozen yogurt was more like soft serve ice cream, which isn't bad, but I wanted frozen yogurt. Something cool though, Logan is getting a Texas Roadhouse! Good, good food. It should be done by the end of the summer, when I will probably no longer be here, but that's okay.
I have applied for two more library jobs, and I actually have an interview July 8 for the School of the Deaf and Blind. I really really REALLY want this job. It would include traveling to Ogden on occasion, but I don't mind. It's only been a couple weeks since I've applied, so I hope that bodes well, and that not a lot of people applied. I have a USPS test on Friday, so I guess it's a good thing I don't have to work that day. Wish me luck on getting a job.
